There is no need to worry about space when working with a walk in style wardrobe, as you will find that the roomy wardrobes have more than enough space to store everything that you need without even filling up the room completely. The best thing about a walk in style wardrobe is the fact that it has much more space than any other type of wardrobe. With roof to floor shelves, hanging racks, and other storage spaces, you will find that this style of wardrobe will be just what you need to store all of your personal items easily. There are a few things that are an integral part of any wardrobe:
There are no wrong answers to the question of what you want your wardrobe to look like. Traditional, modern, wood stain or pink - its up to you and the rest of the room. You can find a wardrobe in just about any style you might desire or have one custom-built. The key is to know what you want. Dont just pick something out of a catalogue based on price - take your time and think about what the rest of the furniture looks like, what colours will be on the walls, and what pleases your eye. Wardrobe design begins with the space the wardrobe will stand in. Wardrobes are not one-size-fits-all, and if your wardrobe is too big for the space you will know it every single time you step into the room (possibly because you will have to climb over something to get in there). Measure the room carefully and plot out where everything will be so you know where the wardrobe will stand, and thus the exact dimensions you have to work with. This also will inform your choice of sliding doors or swinging doors - do you have space for doors that swing open outward without hitting the bed?
This might be something decided upon by your child, or you may wish to choose a style that suits the rest of your house. If you live in a cottage, a white glossy wardrobe may look out of place, but an antique pine wardrobe with just the right handles, will look like it has lived there forever. Likewise, a modern and stylish house could carry off a sleek childrens wardrobe with mirrored doors on one, or both, of the doors. If you cant find the exact wardrobe for your child that you want, you can also customise a wardrobe into just the one you want. For example, you can change the handles to something more modern, or sleek, or funky, just like you might change the buttons on a coat. You can paint a wardrobe - a wooden wardrobe can become cerise pink for a girl, or blue for a boy, or something more neutral, such as crisp white.
A 3 door wardrobe can come in a variety of styles. First things first though, you should have already measured your bedroom to ensure that you have enough space to accommodate it. Lets look at some of them. One of the first things people think about when buying their new armoire is what colour they actually want to have in their bedroom. So for some people they will default to the natural wood colour. In and of itself, natural wood can vary in shades though, so if you are a bit concerned about that you will need to think about whether your 3 doors wardrobe should be in a light or dark shade / tone. For other people, they will actually want to have their wardrobe with 3 doors to be in a painted colour. The most common painted colours available are white, cream (or beige) and ivory. These can look great in any bedroom, although with a white 3 door wardrobe in particular you will have to consider that you will need to clean it regularly as dirt will show up more easily on lighter colours. On the flip side, you could also get yourself a black 3 door wardrobe. This colour is quite a nice colour to have, but is also harder to get - obviously how it fits in with your bedroom depends upon your colour scheme and decor. You can get these wardrobes with different coloured trims, or with patterns, some with striking contrasts.
