A 3 door wardrobe can come in a variety of styles. First things first though, you should have already measured your bedroom to ensure that you have enough space to accommodate it. Lets look at some of them. One of the first things people think about when buying their new armoire is what colour they actually want to have in their bedroom. So for some people they will default to the natural wood colour. In and of itself, natural wood can vary in shades though, so if you are a bit concerned about that you will need to think about whether your 3 doors wardrobe should be in a light or dark shade / tone. For other people, they will actually want to have their wardrobe with 3 doors to be in a painted colour. The most common painted colours available are white, cream (or beige) and ivory. These can look great in any bedroom, although with a white 3 door wardrobe in particular you will have to consider that you will need to clean it regularly as dirt will show up more easily on lighter colours. On the flip side, you could also get yourself a black 3 door wardrobe. This colour is quite a nice colour to have, but is also harder to get - obviously how it fits in with your bedroom depends upon your colour scheme and decor. You can get these wardrobes with different coloured trims, or with patterns, some with striking contrasts.
The Academy Awards rewards designers. Best Costume Design is the category for costume designers and it has ran from 1948 to present. For this category costumes are made or created by the designer for all the characters/performers in the film. The designers team can consist of tailors, seamstresses, appliquers, dyers, cutters, breakers-down (they make the items look worn), boot makers, hat makers, jewellery makers, etc. The winner of the 82nd Academy Awards for Costume Design was Sandy Powell for The Young Victoria.
Craigslist is a great site to check out, as there are thousands of classified ads that you can browse through to find an offer of someone trying to sell a wardrobe. You will need to go to the home of the person to check out the wardrobe, but you may find that it is one of the best ways to find quality wardrobes being sold at a cheap price. Keep an eye on the "For Sale" section in your local newspaper. People who are moving homes will often have a final sale to try to make as much money as they can from the various things in their home, and you may be able to find a good wardrobe for a low price if you can luck out on finding a family that is trying to sell their wardrobe as they are moving homes. If you buy a used wardrobe, you will likely need to invest some money in getting it fixed up. Most people will slowly damage or wear out their wardrobe over the years of use, and you will find that your cheap wardrobes may need some repair work done to it. However, the cost of the repairs will be minimal compared to the money you saved.
Depending on the size and make of the wardrobe can depend on the next feature of the double wardrobe, the extra space above the hanging rail. With many wardrobes, additional shelving can be found with a strong solid shelve made from the same wood used to produce the wardrobe. This can be used for many items from the bedroom as the depth from the top of the wardrobe to the shelf is usually quite a few inches in height. A feature which can be very useful but not as common is an added drawer or series of small drawers found at the bottom of the wardrobe. This means the hanging rail can be higher up to provide the same amount of hanging space, or alternatively, the same higher as a wardrobe without additional drawers but provides hanging space which is lacking in height.
